The Challenge

Radical Partners — a Miami-based B Corp focused on nonprofit capacity building — faced a communications crisis after losing their sole communications coordinator. With a lean distributed team and no video expertise, they had zero consistent content strategy.

95% of their existing communications targeted beneficiaries rather than the funders and institutional partners they needed to reach. Their paid social campaigns were generating negligible engagement. They needed to establish thought leadership and reach funders beyond their immediate network — without hiring additional staff.

Our Approach

How we told their story

RiseWorks worked with Radical Partners to design the "RAD Solutions Lab" — a video podcast format built around Radical Partners' Four Solutions Framework: capacity, finance, collective action, and systems change.

The production used a low-friction technical setup with Riverside.fm for remote recording, enabling a content multiplier strategy where each full-length episode (15-20 minutes) yielded 3+ social clips. This created a content flywheel requiring zero additional comms staff.

The strategy included three discovery consultation calls to map audience segments (Seekers, Builders, Boosters), script development with the client, and a co-creation process that positioned Radical Partners as thought leaders while keeping production lightweight.
