Intern
3–6 monthsShadow our team on shoots. Learn our workflows, tools, and standards. Paid position with mentorship built in.
Contractor
6–12 monthsTake on your own shoots as a contracted creator. Work alongside staff on client projects with increasing independence.
Staff
OngoingFull-time role with benefits, creative ownership, and a voice in how RiseWorks grows. Lead projects, mentor interns, and shape the culture.
